Our client faced the dual challenge of complying with ESOS Phase 3 regulations while uncovering energy savings across multiple manufacturing sites, depots, and a fleet of HGVs. Additionally, they will be receiving ongoing support to implement action plans that would lead to measurable energy efficiency improvements across operations.
We conducted a thorough ESOS Phase 3 compliant audit across the client’s manufacturing sites and depots, analysing their energy consumption in detail. Our team identified 18,725,458 kWh in potential energy savings. We also conducted a comprehensive fleet study on the client’s HGVs, identifying opportunities to reduce fuel consumption and improve efficiency. As a continuation of our support, we are supporting the implementation of ESOS Phase 3 action plans to ensure long-term sustainability and cost savings.
Our energy audit and fleet study provided the client with actionable insights, identifying over 18 million kWh in energy savings, which translates to significant cost reductions. The detailed ESOS Phase 3 action plans we developed will not only help the client meet regulatory requirements but will also drive long-term operational efficiencies and reduce their carbon footprint.
