As Weaver Trust is an academy based within schools, budgeting made implementing energy solutions that were desired difficult.
PEM produced an SLA made up of SECR reporting, DEC renewals and energy auditing as well as available advice and support for fund bidding.
Weaver Trust and PEM have produced realistic targets to reduce their energy consumption and carbon footprint and have already implemented strategies such as LED lighting at Leftwich and Solar PV at Westminster to increase efficiency. Staff have also developed knowledge from our services which they can apply to every day life and around the schools.
