Due to rising utility bills, the E-Factor contract was assigned to help and advise SMEs on how they can reduce their energy and therefore also their carbon and costs. SMEs particularly are affected by the rise in utilities and in some cases, is at threat of closing business due to bills doubling and revenue remaining the same.
PEM was contracted by E-Factor to conduct energy audits around SME's within the Grimsby community. We were proud to be assigned to both phase 1 & 2 of this contract and through our efforts, have visited 37 businesses in total and helped to achieve energy, cost and carbon savings through our recommendations.

Upon completion of the phase 1 & 2 contracts with E-Factor, we calculated the carbon savings we will have created if our energy conservation measures that we recommended are implemented.
